Newly completed cottage in Niebüll on the North Sea, equipped with cot, Fassauna for sole use, two bathrooms, three bedrooms. Finally it's time. . . We are allowed to welcome the first holiday guests in our vacation home Taja newly created at the end of 2021 in Niebüll! Enjoy The space You have your break at the North Sea and spend your holiday at our contemporary cottage. On over 140 square meters of living space, the modern holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people plus an infant (baby bed available on request). As a new highlight, our guests will now also have a fassauna for their exclusive use. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with a double bed each and the third room with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and tub. In the basement another bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave. In the living room, there is a large leather couch, a fireplace as well as a large flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi can be used throughout the house. Car parking spaces are at the directly cottage. On the 40 sqm terrace you will find a beautiful sitting area with grill and beach chair. Leave your view from the beach chair, over the fields, solar fields, windmills and wander over our sheep and enjoy the tranquility. A wallbox can be used to charge an electric car. The bedding, towels and sauna use are included in the rental fee. Our cottage is located 14 km from Dagebüll. In Dagebüll you can hike in the Wadden Sea at low tide. From here you can take day trips to the islands of Föhr or Amrum by ferry. In Dagebüll as well as in Südwesthörn there is a swimming spot. The Hülltofter Tief and the natural swimming pool Ladelund are suitable as swimming lakes. There is a swimming pool in Niebüll or you drive to Leck in the leisure pool, which is 9 km away. Leck has a beautiful forest, the Langenberger Forst. Here you can walk to watch ducks or see the fish ponds. Niebüll offers many Shopping and Restaurants. From here, the train goes to Sylt in 40 minutes. 15 km from Niebüll is the Emil-Nolde Museum. It is 12 km from our house to the Danish border. The village of Tondern invites you to shop, or it goes to Röm by car directly to the largest sandy beach in all of Northern Europe.
