The cottage has 2 separate large apartments of 120 sqm each with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area incl. sofa bed, new kitchen, renovated bathroom and toilet as well as new and balcony. The house has a large garden with outdoor area and playground. Other things to note The cottage was first renovated in March 2023 and operated as a vacation home. Further major renovation and refurbishment measures were carried out in the spring of 2025, especially in the kitchens, balconies and the entire outdoor area. The garden has been newly landscaped, including a large lawn, a new private playground and an outdoor seating area for up to 16 people, as well as an additional separate seating area in the garden.
