Choose from 2 large queen bedrooms with your own television while the children can sleep in the 3rd bedroom with bunks and a single bed. All bed linen is supplied included extra pillows and blankets. Fans are installed for those hot nights. Plenty of hanging space including drawers for your clothes in each bedroom. Kitchen Packed with extras just like your own home. Fully equipped. Gas stove, electric oven and dishwasher is included. A full-sized fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee pod machine (pods included), coffee tea sugar and heaps of extras. Cook a cake, bake a meal or feel like using the bullet machine – go for it, it is all here. Pass the food out through the servery window to the entertaining deck. Inside have a family meal around the 8 seater dining table or sit on the balcony while having a beverage and BBQ at the 10 seater table. Room a plenty. Bathroom/Laundry Walk-in large shower that is to die for which comes stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Cleverly designed 3 way vanity and laundry includes washing liquid hand soap and hair dryer. Don’t forget the large mirror and magnifying mirror. Spare beach towels, shower towels are also located here. 2nd toilet is situated outside along with a outdoor shower hidden behind the yellow door nestled within the garden. Lounge area Super massive TV to watch while sitting to chill. Or raid the cupboard for a good book, board games or even children games and books. Each booking is specifically designed for you. :) Winter sheets in winter! On the deck Relax on with the crew. The deck includes BBQ 2nd fridge and freezer, with extra crockery cutlery provided. Use the breakfast bar to pass food from the kitchen to the deck. Large table has seating for 10 and a separate break away coffee table to seat 4. The Private Yard Totally secure and lockable for your privacy. Here will find the 2nd toilet and outdoor shower. Sun lounges are very inviting. The lock up yard is large enough to hold 2 sea-worthy boats and cars. Included is a large purpose built lock-up shed to protect fishing rods, bikes or even surfboards. Comes with shelves for your portable fridges and a large deep freeze for your use, other things include a yabby pump, some bikes and helmets, canoes and life jackets and even an air compressor if you need.
