Set in beautiful landscaped gardens with glimpses of the sea from the upper floor, Chalet No.5 is the perfect spot to base yourself for a holiday in Deal. Entrance – Ground Floor Reception Room Enter via a raised terrace in to the bright, & deceptively spacious open plan reception room. There is a choice of comfortable seating, smart TV & occasional tables. The clever layout flows through to a smart, newly installed galley kitchen with cooker, washing machine & ample space to prepare meals. Kitchen & Dining Room There is a further social space beyond the kitchen with a dining table, chairs & bench to easily seat 6 people. The under-counter fridge, freezer & drinks cooler are conveniently located in the dining area. Access to the rear, private decked terrace is possible from the dining room. Bathroom The modern ground floor bathroom has a handbasin, bath with electric shower & WC. Ground Floor Twin Bedroom The first twin bedroom is located on the ground floor to the rear of the property & has fresh white bunk beds & storage. Access to the rear, private terrace is possible from the bedroom. First Floor Wooden stairs lead you to the first floor, a small landing leads you to the master bedroom at the rear with a double bed & ample storage. The second, front-facing twin bedroom, has twin beds, ample storage & tantalising glimpses of the sea! Guest access You have access to the entire chalet to yourselves.
