The Villa: Our villa is highly rated for our staff's excellent service, the peace and quiet, tranquil sunsets and fresh morning air. In clear nights, lay on the sunbed and look up to the stars! Don't forget to have your meals at the terrace and catch the sunset, in clear days you can see the volcanoes across Bali in Java island All indoors are fully airconditioned, and both indoors and outdoors are well equipped with ceiling fans. Bedrooms: The villa boasts three fully furnished bedrooms, each with wardrobe and comfortable queen bed. Enjoy a restful night's sleep on plush beds, and wake up to the gentle sounds of nature right outside your window. The bedroom above the garage is a full ensuite, and with and additional sofa bed. perfect for a small family. the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the main building share a large balcony, a toilet and a separate shower. You have access to a private swimming pool, large roofed patio, sundeck with sun loungers, gazebo and comfy bean bags so you can choose your resting spots anywhere in the villa. On the ground floor is a comfortable living room with dining area and kitchen. The air conditioned living area includes a 3 seaters - queen sofa bed which can comfortably accommodate an adult and a child.  On the terrace there is a dining area where you can enjoy yourself in the middle of nature, and plenty of large sized bean bags by the pool ahould you wish to enjoy the view with a drink.  Near to the outdoor dining area, there is a peaceful spot with a daybed , should you wish to do your reading or take a nap in a quiet corner. The infinity swimming pool is divided into 2 parts, and have seating space overlooking the spectacular view.  Next to the pool there is sunbathing area with cozy lounge bean bags, and should you wish to enjoy a sheltered space, a gazebo with traditional mattress you can take a nap on.  Upstairs are two spacious airconditioned bedrooms each with a queen bed, a wide balcony with comfortable chairs and tables- with the same beautiful view across the valley and the Bali Sea , these two bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with shower and large basin, and a separate toilet.  Next to the house is a garage and on the upper floor an additional bedroom with attached bathroom equipped with shower, closet and basin. This extra room is also air conditioned, has a queen bed and a two seater sofa bed, and can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults wih 2 young children.  To keep you comfortable, there are also fans on the terrace, balcony, in the living room and in all of the 3 bedrooms.  All of the bathrooms are equipped with rain shower and hot water heater. Important to Note Prior Booking: 1) Please book the correct number of persons. "Children" refers to persons up to 7 years old at the time of arrival. Children who already have their 8th year birthday are counted as adult. Please count them into the number of guests in your booking. Upon arrival, guests are required to provide a copy of their ID document such as Indonesian's KTP or KITAS/KITAP or passport. Unregistered guests will be billed upon check-in. 2) The price you pay is inclusive of local hotel taxes and registration fees to the village authority, the accommodation with listed utilities, and general housekeeping. Cooking daily meals, wash and fold, errands, and such are on your separate account. Nomally this is Rp 150,000 per day - please refer to Point 3 &4 below.. 3) if you need a meal to be prepared for you on your arrival, to ensure the quality and safety of the food, please coordinate with us directly minimum 2 days in advance for the food preferences / dietary requirements, agreed prices and your approximate arrival time. Subsequently, you can order other meals from our housekeeper at reasonable prices, or you may wish to do your own grocery shopping, or ask our housekeeper to do it for you for a small fee between 8am - 7pm. br> 4) Should you need to use the washing machine, it is self-service. You may ask our housekeeper to assist you in purchasing the consumables on your own account. However, the laundry is of self-service nature, and it is not part of our staff service. Should you wish to have laundry service, our housekeeper will be happy to assist you in-house for washing and folding at a small fee or in sending it to the laundry shop nearby. The turn-around from laundry shop varies between 1-3 days depending on the type of services. 5) Please be mindful of your own and your group personal safety when exploring our property as we are located in open landscape with open concept and unique land contour and wildlife such as monkeys that sometimes come for a quick visit. Children and persons with special needs should not be left unattended. if you are uncomfortable with wildlife, this Villa may not be the choice for you 6) The entire property is a non-smoking zone, except at the gazebo. Please extinguish all cigarettes into CeaseFire bin before leaving the gazebo. 7) Please note that in the neighborhood, bonfire or camp fire or anything resembling lighting of open fire is strictly prohibited. 8) The pool is divided into 2 parts, lap pool and dip pool. There is no life guard in the villa. Therefore, please observe our pool safety rules in the guest binder in your room. Children and persons with special needs should not be left unattended. Please refrain from eating / drinking while in the pool or bringing food or breakables to the edge of the pool. Food and broken glasses / plates can damage our pool filter system and/or injure others. 9) Our staff are available upon request, and on the weekly cleaning days. During their time in the villa, should you need to leave your child ( 5 years old and above) for a quick errand for maximum of 2 hours, you may ask our staff to mind him/her temporarily without additional charge. Please note that this is a goodwill from our staff and should not be regarded as their routine service. If you need babysitting service, please inquire to our staff accordingly. Currently, we do not offer babysitting services for children younger than 5 years old. If you need our staff to run quick errands for you such as groceries shopping etc, it is chargeable Rp 50,000 per errand. Please pay them directly. Please always coordinate with our housekeeper your arrival and departure proximation time so that you can have smooth arrival and departure. During their day off, Henny can still be contactable via phone and text messages. However, please be mindful of their rest time. 10) As this is a private home in a private villa compound, everyone who is staying overnight is required to be registered with the local authorities in the village. Please refrain from bringing unregistered guests to stay overnight. 11) We kindly request our guests to respect our home and keep the villa's equipment or decorative items in their original place and condition. Please kindly use them with care. 12) All utilities provided at the Villa, such as wifi, TV, and electricity (and in such, well water powered by electricity) are from external providers. We strive to provide the utmost service, such as 50 MBPS wifi connection and large energy capacity for the whole villa. However, during the act of God, if such service is down, we seek your kind understanding that this is outside our control and hence will not be a base for compensation or refund. 13) We maintain our home thoroughly and ensure that we rent it out in safe, good working condition upon check-in. We also provide transparent information in our listing to our prospective guests. Guests are responsible for ensuring the safety of themselves and their group. The use of our home, all equipment and pool is at Guest's own risk. 14) There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor part of the villa. There are no CCTV indoors at all. Please inquire further if you have concerns. Should you require the CCTV to be turned off, please sign a release agreement provided by our Villa Manager 15) Please be informed that Bali Island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on different dates, based on the Balinese calendar. The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island. No outdoor activities are allowed, including check-in and check out from hotels. Our villa staff will not be at work on Nyepi Day. Please inquire about the affected dates. 16) If you need to ship your belongings to the villa prior to your arrival, please note that we can only accept it on case by case basis and if the villa is vacant. Please ensure this is communicated prior to your booking. 17) Early check in / late check out can only be accommodated on case by case basis at a maximum of 2 hrs if there is no prior check-out / subsequent check-in. If you need a guaranteed one, please book your stay accordingly, i.e., to include the night before arrival or after departure. The rental does not include service charge. However, this will not lessen the quality of service provided to you. For security reasons, guests shall not bring unregistered persons to stay in the villa without informing our us or Henny so we can update the village authority accordingly. The official authority may find it as an offence to stay in the villa as an unregistered person. Other things to note EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT: Early check in / Late check out are not guaranteed until the night before check in/ check out. Any early check in / check out when available, is chargeable at Rp 200k / hour up to 10 hrs and payable to Henny our Villa Manager on the day of check in / check out. NO CHECK IN / NO CHECK OUT DATES (guests can stay through these dates if checking in / out prior or after - no staff on-site during these special days): 1) Galungan approx 1-2 days , mostly occur in Jan or Feb. 2) Nyepi approx 2 days, mostly occur in Feb - Mar. Bali road block will occur on the Nyepi eve, approx since 2 pm above, no travel or outdoor activities allowed on nyepi day itself. on Nyepi day, no noise / light / road or traffic activities are allowed in public places by the authorities of Bali. Therefore, no check-in/check-out can happen on the day as everyone will have to be home except for security / medical / fire / accident emergencies. We want to ensure that our guests and ground team both can enjoy a happy, healthy time at the villa. Please keep the communication open, ask and inquire what you need :). During the stay everything can be arranged with the staff and in advance with the landlord.
