Clos Ricarda is nestled above the sea, on the Albâtre coast in the famous village of Sainte Marguerite sur Mer. It is located on an exceptional site in a unique and relaxing setting between the Pointe de l'Ailly and the village of Varengeville sur Mer. For an unforgettable stay with family or friends, it is an ideal place to enjoy the most confidential charms of this part of Normandy, close to Dieppe. The space Clos Ricarda was completely restored in 2022 with quality materials while preserving the authentic charm of the old. On the ground floor, it has a large living room including a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a connected TV, and for the dining room, a large table that can accommodate 9 people. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and hood) with plenty of storage and necessary utensils, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a raclette machine. A master suite (accessible to PRM) with a large double bed, a desk and a wardrobe adjoining a large bathroom (toilet, walk-in shower, sink). A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are: The "Pourville sur Mer" room equipped with two bunk beds and a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk The "Dieppe" bedroom equipped with two single beds or a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk The "Sainte Marguerite sur Mer" room equipped with two single beds or a double bed, a dresser. A separate bathroom with bath/shower and sink. All areas are tastefully decorated. The rooms are all equipped with premium hotel bedding. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, you will have linen and towels will be at your disposal. Guest access You will have access to the entire property as well as the garden. Other things to note In a light with changing contrasts, the white chalk cliffs of the Alabaster Coast stretch over 130 km. Bathed by the green and blue waters of the English Channel, the Alabaster Coast offers the most impressive landscapes of Normandy. From Le Havre to Tréport via Fécamp and Dieppe, the seaside resorts are full of charm. Many artists have succumbed to its charms. The Impressionist painters, Monet, Sisley, Boudin, and Pissarro found their inspiration there. Not to mention great writers, such as Maurice Leblanc, who made Étretat the playground of the most gentlemanly of burglars, Arsène Lupin. With its authentic pebble beaches, incredible valleys and fishing villages, the Alabaster Coast is generous. Nautical activities, walks and hikes, cultural visits, the Normandy coast can be discovered.
