Apartment on two floors in a stone farmhouse in a secluded place in the valleys of Montefeltro, 13 km from the historic center of the Republic of San Marino and 8 km from San Leo. The house is in the open countryside 4 km from services and away from other homes. The interiors were restored in the spring of 2022 The space The kitchen and living room with fireplace are on the ground floor, entering on the right, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. Living area and sleeping area are separated from each other by the shared entrance with another apartment, on the left side, which can be rented to other guests. The four bedrooms are made available based on the number of guests. Up to 3 guests: 1 room, up to 5 guests: 2 rooms, up to 7 guests: 3 rooms, from 8 guests: 4 rooms. If you want more rooms than you are entitled to, a supplement of €30 is required for each additional room to cover the cost of cleaning and additional linen. At the entrance there is a landline and a WiFi router that, with appropriate repeaters, brings the internet connection throughout the house. The washing machine and dryer are located in the storage room, which is also shared and accessible from the porch. I offer coffee and tea/herbal teas and cooking essentials, and I always leave a bottle of fresh water in the fridge. Firewood is available on request to light the fire in the fireplace. A barbecue is available for outdoor grilling. The outdoor spaces and the entrance are shared with any other guests and with me or my family who help me manage the house. Guest access All spaces are accessible except the apartment on the left side of the ground floor, which could be rented to other guests Other things to note Below are all the details that are good to know before booking, some the result of complaints received over the years from guests: - It has happened to come across small, completely harmless insects attracted by the cool walls of the house. - The mobile phone only works outside the house going up the road or by placing it on the window grilles, only with TIM and Wind. - My uncle has his farm not far from the house and owns two young large dogs, vaccinated and insured, which he sometimes leaves free in the early morning for a short run, and it happens that they approach. They have never bothered people and if scolded they move away, but if you have a pet, pay attention. - There may be passage of agricultural vehicles and in summer even early in the morning - The last stretch to get to the house (about 2 km) is on a country road (municipal), well paved, but narrow in some places and less comfortable than urban roads, especially due to poor visibility due to curves and bumps. - The last 50 meters are on a gravel road with 2 artificial bumps to allow water to drain and reduce the dust raised by vehicles.
