Harbor Springs Condo #39 | Access to Private Beach on Little Traverse Bay The space Nestled between the Kalman Nature Preserve and Menonaqua Woods Nature Preserve this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo feels secluded. Don’t let it fool you though! It’s the perfect place for someone looking to enjoy four seasons of fun with its close proximity to shops, restaurants, top-rated golf courses and ski resorts. When you first walk in, you are welcomed by an ample foyer, and the master bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is an open concept living area with a full kitchen, large family room with wood burning fireplace, and private deck off the dining area. The high ceiling makes the room feel large and extra inviting. There is also a loft with a twin bed and trundle twin bed allowing for three to sleep there. On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. One bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the other has a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have a large window, which lets in lots of sunlight. Within a 5-minute walk of the condo, there is a private beach on Little Traverse Bay with beach house, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, a play area for kids, and walking and snowshoeing trails. Plus, you’re less than 20 minutes away from downtown Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Boyne Highlands Resort, Nubs Knob Ski Resort, and much more. We regret to inform you that the Harbor Cove Community Center sustained a devastating, complete loss due to on 2.11.22. The Community center housed the pool and hot tub as well as association offices. We have no further information on rebuilding. Unfortunately there are no alternative pools/hot tubs in the area.
