We would love to host you in our fully renovated townhouse, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 15-minute walk from the city center of Rouen and 5 minutes from the banks of the Seine and public transport. The space The house in detail: 🛏️Our rooms We offer 4 large bedrooms, spread over three levels, each equipped with a double bed and a desk suitable for those who would like to telecommute during their stay. 🛋️The living rooms - A bright living room with sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, with a large table to share your meals with family and/or friends. The kitchen also overlooks the terrace at the back of the house. 🛁 Bathroom The house has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one upstairs with a bathtub. 🌿 Outdoor spaces - A small garden at the front of the house to sit in the sun, chat or enjoy the outdoor air. - A terrace at the back, ideal for outdoor dining for up to 10 people. ✨ The advantages of the neighborhood The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with very little traffic. You can enjoy the calm while being close to the historic center of Rouen, its picturesque streets, restaurants and monuments.
