Master bedroom - queen bed (new hybrid mattress with adjustable base added in September 2025) Second bedroom - full bed Living room - queen pull-out sofa NOTE: Linens & towels are not provided. There are blankets and pillows for each bed in the unit. Also included for your use are 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. $90 cleaning fee +5% local taxes. Sorry, no pets or smoking (condo rules).
