Possibility to accommodate 10 people. The space In the heart of Pays d 'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1.5 hours from Paris, the Bouvotte cottage will be the perfect place to meet with family or friends. With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (provision of 2 folding beds with supplement of 10€/day/person), you will find all the necessary comfort for young and old (toys, baby equipment, board games...). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Chomedey Memorial in the village, hiking trails, Champagne vineyard 15 minutes (tasting possible with the owners), downtown Troyes (Museums, Churches, City of Stained Glass...) and factory shops 30 minutes... On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and laundry room. Upstairs, you will have a double room with a bed of 140x190, a "children" room with 2 bunk beds 90x190, a double room (bed 140x190), a toilet with handwasher and a master suite with bed 140x190 and bathroom (shower + basin +1 toilet). Outside, you will enjoy a garden of about 100 m² with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and relaxation living room. For children, slide, baby swing and rocking crocodile. You will have the possibility to park 2 vehicles safely (garage + place in front of the garage). The beds are made upon arrival, towels and linen are provided, heating and electricity are extra €8/day.
