The space The house is large and spacious, with different areas to relax and enjoy its peaceful location. The rooms are spacious and very bright, featuring large, high-quality beds. All rooms have built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and, in addition to being the largest, it has access to a large terrace with very comfortable furniture to enjoy the views of the sea and mountains. The house has three full bathrooms, each with a toilet, bidet, and bathtub. One is located on the upper floor next to the master bedroom, another is situated between the other two bedrooms, and the third is on the lower floor near the kitchen and main living room. The house also has a small pool with a large solarium, equipped with sunbeds under the shade of native trees, making it a very pleasant place to relax. The layout of the house is as follows: on the upper floor, we find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a sitting room with a TV and fireplace. Both spaces lead to a large terrace with spectacular views. Descending a staircase to the left, we find a hallway that leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom. To the right, going down a few small steps, we reach the main floor with various entrances to the house: the main entrance at the front and a secondary one from the kitchen, at the back. On this level, we find the main living and dining room, featuring a large window with sea views and a fireplace. Separated by a large door, we find a hallway leading to a bathroom and the kitchen, which gives access to the back of the house with various outdoor areas. Guest access The house is surrounded by a large outdoor space, offering various amenities, such as an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue and modern wood oven, along with a large dining table to enjoy meals al fresco. There is also a refreshing area amidst nature. A small pool with a comfortable and cozy sunbathing area, featuring 4 loungers, perfect for relaxing. The house boasts a beautiful Mediterranean garden. In this garden, there is a hammock hung between two olive trees, ideal for taking a nap or reading a good book. Also, in one of the back courtyards, there is a ping-pong table for entertainment. Among all these outdoor amenities, there is also parking within the property, and you can even park the vehicle in front of the kitchen door for easy unloading. The laundry room is located in a small house next to the main house, which guests will have access to. There is also a garage used to store maintenance and gardening tools, which is exclusively for the owner's use. Other things to note On the same level as the pool, which is like a natural mountain step, there is an aquarium. Guests are kindly asked to respect the fish.
