Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare both casual breakfasts and memorable wine-country dinners. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay to cover potential incidental charges. Quiet Hours: Starts by 10 pm. This home is in a serene, rural wine-country neighborhood — please honor evening quiet hours. Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property. Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. EV Charging: Available overnight only. Daytime charging may occasionally cause electrical issues depending on other systems and appliances in use within the home, so guests are asked to schedule vehicle charging during nighttime hours whenever possible. Please note that EV chargers vary by vehicle type, and we are not responsible for charging issues related to vehicle compatibility. Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee.
