We do use the garage as a storage unit so we do stop by from time to time as well as our landscaper working on the yard. And we store our work trailers on site. Just a 10 minute walk to North Cove park the “Chicken Shack” and downtown Lake Stevens. Family fun at the farmers market in the summer time. Splash park for kids and boat launch. Amazing bottle shop “Norms Market” one of the largest beer selections in the state. Everything you need is walkable. Or a short drive Max occupancy is 8 people. On a case by case basis we allow more at 25$ per head per night for the whole booking. 300$ extra cleaning fee for any pet accidents or issues with the hot tub etc. we do store and access our work trailers on site and will access those from time to time.
