MANOLYA is a spacious 64 m² apartment on the upper floor of our historic villa. The centerpiece is the bright conservatory with a beautiful view of the greenery – perfect for your first morning coffee or for relaxing. A separate bedroom area with a large double bed (2.00 × 2.10 m), the spacious living area and a private kitchenette offer plenty of space and comfort. Ideal for two people, with additional sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The space BLUMEINS is a special temporary home in a listed Art Nouveau villa from 1906 in the heart of Groß-Umstadt. Each of our apartments is individually designed and combines the character of the historic building with modern, uncomplicated living. When furnishing, we place great importance on special details, selected furniture, art, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite being centrally located, the house is pleasantly quiet. Our large garden also offers a small piece of greenery in the middle of the city. Check-in is uncomplicated and flexible via a personal access code. Restaurants, cafes, shopping and the historic old town of Groß-Umstadt are within easy reach. BLUMEINS is not a classic hotel – but a place to arrive, live and feel good. Guest access During your stay, your apartment is available to you all to yourselves. Access is flexible via a personal door code, so you can arrive independently. Our approximately 3,500 m² lot with its spacious garden is also open to you. Between old trees and many small, private corners, there is a nice spot for everyone – to relax, read or simply to enjoy a bit of time in the countryside. During your stay With us, you can arrive easily and independently and enjoy your stay in peace. The personal door code gives you flexibility in terms of time at check-in.
