🌸🌞 Old stone farmhouse in Lot-et-Garonne completely renovated near Agen, ideally located between Toulouse and Bordeaux. In a chic country spirit, you have the entire accommodation, its inner courtyard and its fenced garden with atypical secure swimming pool, petanque court and children's playgrounds (trampoline, swing...). Capacity for 9 to 13 people. 🌸🌞 The space Indoor: On the ground floor: - 🥐☕️ Large, fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, range hood, oven, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker (with universal filter), microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle. Plenty of crockery and kitchenware. Wine glasses, champagne flutes. Two raclette machines (only in winter). 🥂🥧 - 🛋️ Living room with flat-screen TV, three sofabeds (i.e. 4 sleeping places: one 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds). ⚠️ Please note that these extra beds are only set up for reservations of 10 people or more, up to a maximum of 13 people. If there are fewer than 10 of you but you would like beds set up in the living room for personal convenience, you will need to pay an additional €10 in cash upon arrival for the setup of a 90 cm bed and €15 for the setup of a 140 cm bed. For hygiene reasons, it is also forbidden to bring your own linens (sofa covers are provided). Board games (Uno and Monopoly) and card games are provided. - 🛌 1 "master" bedroom consisting of a 160x200 cm double bed with a walk-in closet and flat-screen TV, and its private 160x90 cm walk-in shower room. - 🚽 Separate toilet. - 🧺 Laundry room with washing machine + dryer + brooms + mop + canister vacuum cleaner + handheld vacuum cleaner + clothes drying rack + iron. Services offered: - 🧺 Bed linen included and towels provided, as well as dish towels, cleaning cloths, and bath mats. Please note that pool towels are not provided. - 👶 Upon request, a travel crib (with mattress and bed linen), a baby bathtub and a highchair are provided free of charge. - 🧻 Welcome pack including: 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a few coffee pods, 1 garbage bag for the kitchen, 3 garbage bags for the bathrooms/toilets, 1 pod for the washing machine, 2 pods for the dishwasher. Household cleaning products are also provided. Exterior: - 📌 Electric gate. - 🌸 Fenced and wooded garden of 2,000 m². Dirt road lined with fig trees allowing you to access the surrounding countryside or to access the gîte by bike to avoid the departmental road. - 🌞 Beautiful private terrace overlooking the pétanque court (pétanque balls for adults and children provided). Garden table + chairs + umbrella + 4 deckchairs. - 🏊 Above-ground pool measuring 6.50 x 4 m with a child-safe ladder, overlooking the fields. Unheated pool. The pool is accessible from mid-April to the end of October (winterized outside this period). - 👦 Swing for 1 person. - 🧒 Large trampoline. - ️Free and secure parking spots. - 🔥 Charcoal barbecue (charcoal is not provided) - 🎥 Cameras are positioned outside the vacation rental and are only turned on when the vacation rental is unoccupied. Guest access The house and its exterior are entirely at your disposal during your stay. Other things to note Other remarks: -🚭 No smoking inside the house is allowed. -💰Deposit cheque of €500 to be provided on arrival (not cashed). - ⚠️ Your reservation does not include the cleaning option. The latter is €90 to be paid in cash upon arrival. If the cleaning package is not taken, the cottage must be returned as clean and tidy as when you arrived. A security deposit of €90 will be given in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure after the inventory. - ⚠️ Beyond 9 people, any additional person (up to 13 maximum) must be registered at the time of booking. - 🚗🚨 🔌 It is forbidden to recharge electric vehicles during your stay, under penalty of being charged €100 upon departure. -🎊 Parties are forbidden. -🐶🐱For hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed.
