In a chic countryside spirit, you have the entire accommodation, its inner courtyard and its fenced garden with a secure atypical swimming pool, bocce court and its children's play areas (trampoline, swing...). Capacity for 9 to 13 people. 🌸🌞 The space Indoors: On the ground floor: - 🥐☕️Large fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, hood, oven, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker (with universal filter), microwave, dishwasher, blender/roll, toaster, kettle. Dishes and kitchenware in quantity. Wine glasses, champagne flutes. Two raclette machines. 🥂🥧 - 🛋️ Living room with flat screen, three sofa beds (i.e. 4 beds: one 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds). ⚠️ Please note that these extra beds are only installed for reservations of 10 people and up to 13 people maximum. If you are less than 10 people but want to install beds in the living room for personal amenities, you will need to provide an additional €10 in cash upon arrival for the installation of a 90 cm bed and €15 for the installation of a 140 cm bed. For hygiene reasons, it is also forbidden to bring your own sheets (sofa covers are provided). Please note that the pool towels are not. - 👶 On request, free provision of a folding baby bed (with mattress and bed linen), a baby bath and a high chair. - Welcome 🧻 kit including: 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of sopalin, a few coffee pods, 1 garbage bag for the kitchen, 3 garbage bags for bathrooms/wc, 1 pod for washing machine, 2 pods for the dishwasher. Dirt road lined with fig trees allowing you to access the surrounding countryside or access the cottage by bike to avoid the departmental road. - 🌞 Beautiful private terrace overlooking pétanque court (provision of adult and children petanque balls). Garden table + 13 chairs + umbrella + 4 sunbeds. - 🏊Above ground swimming pool 6.50x4 m with a safe ladder for children overlooking the fields. Unheated pool. - 👦 Swing 1 person. 🧒-Large trampoline. - 🅿️ Free and secure parking lots. - Coal 🔥 grill (coal is not available) - 🎥 Cameras are positioned outside the cottage and are only turned on when the cottage is not occupied. Guest access The house and its exterior are entirely at your disposal during your stay. Other things to note Other things TO note: -🚭 There is no smoking inside of the house. - €500 deposit💰 check to be given on arrival (not cashed). - ⚠️ Your reservation does not include the cleaning option. The latter is €90 to be remitted in cash upon arrival. If the cleaning fee is not taken, the cottage must be made as clean and tidy as when you arrived. A deposit of €90 will be returned in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure after the condition. - ⚠️ After 9 people, any additional people (up to 13 maximum) must be registered at the time of booking. - 🚗🚨 🔌 It is forbidden to charge electric vehicles during your stay or you will be charged €100 upon your departure. - Prohibited🎊 parties. -🐶🐱For hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed.
