🌸🌞 Old stone farmhouse in Lot-et-Garonne completely renovated near Agen, ideally located between Toulouse and Bordeaux. In a chic country spirit, you have the entire accommodation, its inner courtyard and its fenced garden with atypical secure swimming pool, petanque court and children's playgrounds (trampoline, swing...). Capacity for 9 to 13 people. 🌸🌞 The space Interior: On the ground floor: - 🥐☕️Large fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, hood, oven, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker (with universal filter), microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle. Dishes and kitchen utensils in quantity. Wine glasses, champagne flutes. Two raclette machines. 🥂🥧 - 🛋️ Living room with flat screen TV, three sofabeds (i.e. 4 beds: one 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds). ⚠️ Please note that these extra beds are only installed for bookings from 10 people and up to a maximum of 13 people. If you are less than 10 people but want to install beds in the living room for personal amenities, you will need to provide an additional cash payment on arrival of €10 for the installation of a 90 cm bed and €15 for the installation of a 140 cm bed. For hygiene reasons, it is also forbidden to bring your own sheets (sofa protectors are provided). Services offered: - 🧺 Bed linen included and towels provided as well as dishcloths, cloths and bath mats. Please note, however, that pool towels are not provided. - 👶 On request, free provision of a baby bed (with mattress and bed linen), a baby bath and a high chair. - 🧻 Welcome kit including: 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a few coffee pods, 1 garbage bag for the kitchen, 3 garbage bags for the bathrooms/toilets, 1 pod for the washing machine, 2 pods for the dishwasher. Household products are also provided. Outdoor: - 📌 Electric gate. - 🌸 Fenced and wooded garden of 2000 m². Dirt road lined with fig trees allowing you to access the surrounding countryside or access the gîte by bike to avoid the departmental road. - 🌞 Beautiful private terrace overlooking the pétanque court (adult and children's pétanque balls available). Garden table + 13 chairs + umbrella + 4 deckchairs. - 🏊Above-ground pool 6.50 x 4 m with secure ladder for children overlooking the fields. Unheated pool. - 👦 Swing for 1 person. - 🧒Large trampoline. - 🅿️ Free and secure parking spaces. - 🔥 Charcoal barbecue (charcoal is not provided) - 🎥 Cameras are positioned outside the cottage and are only turned on when the cottage is not occupied. Guest access The house and its exterior are entirely at your disposal during your stay. Other things to note Other remarks: -🚭 No smoking inside the house is allowed. -💰Deposit cheque of €500 to be provided on arrival (not cashed). - ⚠️ Your reservation does not include the cleaning option. The latter is €90 to be paid in cash upon arrival. If the cleaning package is not taken, the cottage must be returned as clean and tidy as when you arrived. A security deposit of €90 will be given in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure after the inventory. - ⚠️ Beyond 9 people, any additional person (up to 13 maximum) must be registered at the time of booking. - 🚗🚨 🔌 It is forbidden to recharge electric vehicles during your stay, under penalty of being charged €100 upon departure. -🎊 Parties are forbidden. -🐶🐱For hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed.
