We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A villa with its own charm, completed in 2021, awaits you, which is not "off the shelf" either externally or in terms of equipment. The space Our fully equipped villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an outside toilet, living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and a large covered terrace. The pool is 10m long with a small integrated children's pool. On the outdoor terrace you will find enough space to sunbathe and relax. You will find space to eat and relax in the living room for up to 8 people or on the covered terrace for up to 14 people. In the house, up to 6 air conditioners and 7 ceiling fans ensure a pleasant living environment. The bedrooms each have a king-size bed, 2 additional mobile beds ensure that up to 10 guests can sleep comfortably here. Furthermore, the house has 5 smart TVs, WiFi, a washing machine, 2 parking spaces on the property and a solar system with batteries. This keeps your drinks cool in the event of a power failure. The villa stands on approx. 750 sqm of land which is delimited with walls/fences so that you can feel completely private and enjoy your holiday to the maximum. The beaches in Ao Nang can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. Makro and 7/11 are about 2km away, Ao Nang Hospital is about 5 minutes away. Krabi Town is about 10 minutes away and the airport about 25 minutes. In Krabi-Town you will find almost opportunities for shopping. PS: We would like to point out once again that we are not a hotel with a 24-hour reception. We are a private family renting out one of their pool villas here. We rent you a great, fully furnished villa andfully equipped, in addition to the house, provide you with towels in 2 different sizes, all the bedding, hand soap at the sinks, dishwashing liquid in the kitchen and plenty of cooled drinking water on the day of arrival. Please bring your own food, coffee, shower gel/hair shampoo and toothpaste or you can buy it all here on site. The towels will be replaced as needed after consultation with you. For stays longer than 7 nights, we will clean the villa once upon request. We also ask you to let us know in advance of your arrival your arrival time so that we can arrange the key handover. Guest access With your booking you and your companion get exclusive access to our pool villa. You will use the villa alone and enjoy all the amenities described. The villa stands on a plot of approx. 750 square meters which is surrounded by a wall and fence. This protects your privacy and you can enjoy your vacation. Other things to note Our top priority is that you feel comfortable with us and can spend unforgettable holidays here in one of the most beautiful places in Thailand. So that you can feel comfortable, it is important for us to discuss a few rules beforehand that are not explicitly listed here at Airbnb. We entrust you with our villa for the duration of your stay and expect that we get it back in the same condition (the final cleaning is excluded here). If something goes wrong, please contact us, we will always find a solution together. It is forbidden to smoke in the villa so that the following guests can also enjoy their stay in the villa. However, you will find ashtrays in the terrace area, so you can smoke outside the villa. A security deposit of 5000 Bath is due upon arrival and will be returned after inspection of the villa.
