No smoking & durian in the house Straightly no smoking & bringing back durian into the house. A penalty of RM 300 will be charged to guest if smoking & durian found. 3. Quite hours after 10.00pm This a residential condominium. Please DONOT make noise or party after 11.00pm. 4. No party or function or shooting without inform Guest has to inform if the house is used for event / parties. It to prevent your visitor for not allow coming in the condominium. Please clean the rubbish/stickers/balloon/food waste before check out. We reserve the right to charge extra RM 200 cleaning fee. If sticker in wall, will have extra RM 300 repairing/repainting cost on each wall. 5. Strictly no shoe in the unit Guests are not allowed to wear shoe in the unit. Extra cleaning fee will be charged if found. 6. We NO provide coffee, breakfast, slipper, toothbrush & toothpaste in the unit. 7. Please take care on the house. If damage or lost found, we reserved the right to charge on the replacement on those item or furniture.
