Private beach 4 bedrooms accommodates 9 people. 1 shared bathroom 1 private bathroom. Both main bedrooms have king beds. 3rd bedroom is 2 twin beds and a pull out futon. 4th room / lounge is a pull out queen bed sofa sleeper. Office deck full internet hook up wifi. 4 smart tv’s in the home plenty of space to relax. Full kitchen walk in cafe Pantry. 2 car garage and driveway for parking. Sports court outdoors outdoor bar off the kitchen. Outdoor patio bar and lounge waterside on the point of the Peninsula. NOTE: Boat lift is NOT included in the home rental. It is a separate entity however the dock off the beach is allowed boat usage. Guest access All access except the boat lift. Other things to note We have contracts with all the local rental companies on the island. Let us know in advance if you’d like to book any of the following rental toys at the house.
