Terraced house in Scaltenigo di Mirano arranged on 2 levels consisting of entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dressing room, bathroom, internal courtyard furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, on the first floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one single with 2 beds) as well as a second toilet (only toilet and sink). The space The accommodation has been recently restored while maintaining details of the original house with exposed beams in excellent condition. The entrance is an open space with a nice comfortable sofa and a large LED TV. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook, a nice new and spacious refrigerator, dishwasher (we provide detergent), stove, oven, and microwave. An anteroom with a washing machine (we provide detergent) and a dryer. The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower (we provide hand soap, bath foam and toilet paper). A nice internal courtyard is furnished with a table, 4 chairs, and an umbrella, where you can have your breakfast in the morning (the kitchen window is communicating) or your aperitif in the evening. Upstairs there is a nice double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a small bathroom (only toilet and sink). Outside there is a nice parking lot (closed with a manual gate) for the exclusive use of the apartment. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves with a separate entrance. You have the freedom to come and go as you please. Upon your arrival, we will be waiting for you to deliver the keys. Other things to note The small town of Scaltenigo (3 km away) is complete with all services, a supermarket, a nice ice cream parlor/cafeteria, post office, bank, tobacco shop, a takeaway pizzeria, bar and pharmacy. The nearest station is 4 km away on the Padua-Venice line. We recommend visiting Venice by train and spending a beautiful day among the streets and squares. You should dedicate a day to the islands of Venice: Murano with a free visit to the blown glass furnace, Burano with its colorful houses, you will take beautiful photos, and Torcello with its archaeological finds and the oldest church of the Christian era. From our house you can visit all the beautiful cities of the Veneto region: Padua 15km, Treviso 20km, Venice 25km, Castelfranco 35km, Chioggia 45km, Verona 100km, Vicenza 50km. The nearest beach is Sottomarina di Chioggia, 45 km away. 4 km away there is a public swimming pool for a fee, equipped with sun loungers and parasols (only in summer). Car required.
