Our large estate of 4 gîtes classified 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation surrounded by hillsides and forests is located in Champagne et Fontaine, in a splendid relaxing countryside. Comfortable cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family: swimming pool and beach with deckchairs, large spaces with playgrounds + game rooms with ball pool, bicycles. And in the fall comes the season of mushrooms that are very popular in our region! Relax in a calm and serene environment. The space The "La Longère" cottage, cozy interior, all comfort is equipped with a private terrace, but you can also enjoy the warm atmosphere of the closed courtyard with its patio to extend your evenings. It is fully equipped and consists of a kitchen with a pantry opening onto a large living/dining room. Upstairs: two large bedrooms with exposed beams (1 double bed - 3 beds/1 place) and a bathroom with toilet. Indoor facilities: free Wi-Fi, flat screen, DVD player, fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, clothes dryer... Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided and rooms prepared upon arrival. Outdoor facilities: shaded terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, parking, large garden, swimming pool with deckchairs, games room with ball pool, swing, trampoline, bicycles, soccer field...
