In a quiet residential area, right on the Dutch border near Sittard , there is B&B Grenspaal 286 where you have a very spacious sitting/bedroom located on the 1st floor. Your private bath room with shower, washbasin, and toilet, and breakfast table is next to your room. Located at a bike junction and large hiking area. Aachen, Roermond or Maastricht can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Wifi, TV and a coffee are provided. Breakfast is served on request (7.50 pp). The space The house is located in a small neighborhood with 40 other houses that were built in 2001. It's mostly about detached houses. It is a new build neighborhood that is part of an equally small German village right on the border with the Netherlands. That's why we mentioned our B&B "Grenspaal 286" which refers to the border post with number 286 which can be found 100 meters away. As soon as you drive from Doenrade through the national border, turn right and drive into our street. Guest access If you want to make use of breakfast, we serve it on your own floor next to your room. Also, you will have access to an enclosed area of the garden so you are not only dependent on your indoor space. Ideal to take a breath of fresh air or if you are a smoker to light a cigarette. There you can also store your bikes so they are in a locked place. During your stay . If you love peace and quiet, you are very much alone, if you prefer to have as little interference with the hosts as possible, you have come to the right place.
