Surrounded by breathtaking rolling bush covered hills, incredible birdlife, this natural environment gives off the most important asset, peace and quiet! The space Privately located in the picturesque hinterlands of the Northern Rivers NSW, featuring a stunning, uninterrupted view of Mt Wollumbin, famously the first place on the Australian coast to welcome the sunrise! Surrounded by breathtaking rolling bush covered hills, incredible birdlife, this natural environment gives off the most important asset, peace & quiet. Set amongst 3 marvelously manicured acres of semi-tropical rainforest, this extraordinary castle home was built with a mixture of locally sourced stone, Red Gum and Oregon wood, with grandeur ceilings reaching up to 8 meters high in some areas! A total of four bedrooms adorn this delightful space - three with ensuites, and an extra large bathroom located downstairs. Also on the lower level is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with all modern appliances, a large dining area, and a separate living space consisting of a comfortable couch, and a smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment. A full laundry with a washer and dryer can also be accessed here. All the main living spaces boast huge windows that give off the dramatic feeling of bringing the lush, tropical landscaped gardens indoors with you. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and high quality mattresses, dressed with luxury linen, and fast speed wifi is also available throughout. Stepping outside there are ample options to sit back, relax, and enjoy those outdoor moments surrounded by the picturesque landscaped gardens, a BBQ, large dining table and comfortable outdoor furniture. Completing the extensive lifestyle facilities of this property is a 4 person hot tub perfect for those starry cooler nights that looks out over the undulating valleys below. A three-car carport to the front of the main residence is also available. Guest access Guests have access to the main castle home section, 3 bay carport and outdoor entertaining area. Other things to note We have a permeant resident who is residing in our guests house at the beginning of the property, located 50 mtrs from the castle. We ask kindly to please respect her space and privacy. Quiet voices when walking past this area. We are surrounded by sub-tropical forest and get the occasional visit from all sorts of wild life. We recommend wearing shoes when walking around outside due to the potential visit of snakes. We also have a regular pest control management service but please note due to our locations, Bugs and spiders can be expected. The second half of the castle is a private residence, but will be vacant during your stay. Please do not enter the wooden door that is signed with " private" inside or walk past the grassed area after the ruins. At this time, there is "No entry" into the ruin area! The ruin's are currently under construction and getting repaired, so we have roped off this area and there is to be no entry beyond the rope.
