Add on that the plenty of cool building amenities that makes living here fun and easy. A TOUR OF THE PLACE Leave your car right outside the street entrance. The XL apartments are situated both on the ground floor or 3rd floor. There’s a big elevator right by the entrance for easy access to the hallways with soundproof concrete walls leading to the apartment. You enter into a small entrance area with space for suitcases and overcoats and a door that leads to the bathroom. The bathroom is covered with gray tiles and designed with a Scandinavian minimalistic feel to it with everything you need from Meraki hand and body soap to hot water that never runs out. Straight you enter the spacious and cozy bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed (180x200cm), plenty of wardrobe closets and huge windows for fresh air and light. From the entrance area the combined kitchen and living space opens up. The HTH design kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, full oven, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with complimentary bio capsules and plenty of storage. There is a dining table for four and a big comfortable couch that easily unfolds into a high quality queen size bed (160x200cm). For late night “hygge” , turn on the children's or your own favorite show on the 50” Samsung smartTV while you can get some work done on the superfast wifi connection of 100 mbps.
