Unique community in Dewey. 18 SeaGate on Cullen St. ~ This 4bdrm/3bth townhome is located in the unique community of Sea Gate and features two ocean front pools with views from there you can't beat! Guests also have access to the tennis courts and the Manor House which has a lounge, game room, dining area and everything you need to have for this unique community. The unit is not ocean front although only steps to the beach and the two master bedrooms with their own sitting areas make this property perfect for separate families. Livingroom, Kitchen, Dining Area & Full bath with shower & washer/dryer! 2nd floor is a level with 2bdrms & a full bath. Bdrm 1 w/King has a TV & a sitting area & a bdrm w/2singles. 3rd is also 2bdrms & a full bath, 1 w/Queen & sitting area & 1 w/2singles. Perfect for separate spaces along with togetherness for your vacation. Amenities include 2 ocean front pools, tennis & use of the Manor House. Tenants need to check in at the Manor House upon your arrival. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Most units here are not rentals so please be respectful of community rules. Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement. An addendum for the Condo Assoc is also required and should be sent with your lease and needs to be on file with them 14days prior to check-in. If you have not received it with your lease, please contact your agent at Crowley Assoc. Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company along with community paperwork that must be returned. Once they have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement. Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information. Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area. In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card. Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey. After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
