This rental has a sunny terrace overlooking the mountains. On the ground floor is a large open living room with a kitchenette that invites you to spend a holiday with friends and family. There is also a spacious entrance with a toilet and laundry room with a washing machine. On the first floor are on one side two bedrooms, a large shower room, a toilet and closets. On the other side, upstairs, a "master suite" separate from the other bedrooms with a private shower room. Bed distribution: bedroom 1: -1 queen bed for 2 people -2 single beds bedroom 2: -1 queen bed for 2 people bedroom 3: -1 queen bed for 2 people. Located in a ski resort, the slopes are 10 minutes away by car and equipment rental on site. Many other possibilities exist for nature outings, hikes, mountain biking rentals, swimming in thermal water or in mountain lakes. Guest access Depending on the number of guests there will be 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms available. Other things to note -Electricity consumption is included up to 5 kw/h/day at the price of 0.15 euros/kw/h. -Heating is charged separately from the rental price: -Electric heating beyond the 5 kw/h/day rate is charged at the price of 0.15 euros/kw/h. -The wood is charged for 2 euros per log (based on the cost of a steer at 80 euros).
