We live where you will hopefully soon be on vacation - 2 days, 2 months or longer. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet centrally located with quick connections to Erfurt, Weimar and Eisenach, our Art Nouveau villa is located in the countryside, where you will live stylishly and quietly. The apartment we have newly furnished awaits with all amenities, such as a terrace with garden view for an idyllic breakfast or a fireplace for cozy hours on cooler days. The space You will stay in an exclusive Art Nouveau apartment - built in 1911 - with stucco elements, wall paneling and lead glass windows - renovated and lovingly furnished in June 2023. The 2-room apartment is divided into: ~Living room with high-quality sofa bed (mattress with pocket spring core, bed box) for 2 more guests, electric shutters and access to the private terrace with garden view ~ Terrace with 4 teak chairs, 1 round table, hanging chair and stool with chair cushions ~Dining room with large dining table and bookcase ~ Living room and dining room are openly connected ~ Bedroom with beautiful lead glass windows, new box spring bed, spacious and discreetly integrated wardrobe and a workstation with desk ~Hallway 1 (passage from the dining room to the kitchen) with modern shoe chest, small wardrobe, mirror and slippers ~Kitchen with large gas stove, oven, wood-burning stove, cozy dining area, hand-held vacuum cleaner, Alexa radio, microwave, toaster, kettle and "Tassimo" coffee pod machine ~ Hallway 2 (transition kitchen to bathroom and entrance/exit) with floor mat for shoes and clothes and key hooks ~Bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 windows, a vanity with hairdryer and toilet Guest access You come and go undisturbed via a private side entrance to the house Other things to note Our Villa Nußbaumer is located in a quiet side street that leads to an idyllic bike path in the countryside. Parking is usually easy to find in the immediate vicinity. Bicycle parking at the apartment is available by arrangement.
