The space House Erika features a spacious holiday apartment and four fully equipped double bedrooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and toilets, and additional toilets are available in the hallways. This is the ground-floor holiday apartment/deluxe apartment with a very large living room including a traditional tiled stove (a sofa bed is also available), two solid wood seating sets with chairs, and a second large television for cozy winter evenings. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and other amenities. The spacious bedroom, furnished in Black Forest style, leads to the large bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and other comforts. In addition to the main entrance, the holiday apartment has its own separate side entrance with a front door. The building also features a large communal dining room with additional refrigerators and utensils. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
