Roero House - Holiday in Piedmont The perfect place to stay for exploring Langhe e Roero. The house is situated in the historical center of Magliano Alfieri, exactly under the ancient castle of the Alfieri family. The space @ENGLISH@ Roero House is an original 1900s house located in the center of Magliano Alfieri, a few steps away from the town castle. The house is fully available for our guests: upon entering the house, you will find the kitchen and the cozy living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be opened and become a single sofa bed. The bedroom has a wardrobe and from there, you can go directly into the backyard. The bathroom has a beautiful shower, washing machine and bubble bath. For small children, we can add a camping bed with side rails. *The house was recently renovated, we choose all the material and furniture with care! Just outside the house there is a comfortable backyard and a small garden where it is possible to have breakfast or spend some time in quietness during the summer. The house is entirely at the guests' disposal: entering from the main door you access the living room and the kitchen. The living room has a single sofa bed that can be prepared on request. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe and from there you can directly access the internal courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and shower gel. *The house has been recently renovated, we have carefully chosen all the materials and furnishings! Guests have access to the inner courtyard and a small garden where you can have breakfast during the summer season or spend some time in complete tranquility. In addition to the price that you can view on the Airbnb website, there is a daily city tax imposed by the municipality. The tax is €1.50 per person per day. The tax must be paid during check-in.
