Roero House - The Barn

I look forward to seeing you in the historic center of Magliano Alfieri, just below the ancient Alfieri family castle, in a convenient location for reaching Alba, Bra, and the beautiful hills of the Langhe and Roero. I am a sommelier and for years I have worked closely with the wineries of this area. If you love wine and good food, I will be happy not only to host you, but also to help you discover producers, restaurants and places that are really worth getting to know. The space Roero House is an early 20th-century farmhouse located in the heart of Magliano Alfieri, a short walk from the town's historic castle. The property consists of two independent apartments. Upon entering the apartment, which is completely reserved for you, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a single bed if needed. The master bedroom is equipped with a closet and has direct access to the private backyard.§ The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. For those traveling with small children, a camping cot with side rails is also available upon request. The house has been recently renovated, and all the materials and furnishings have been carefully chosen, seeking to respect its original character without sacrificing comfort. Guests have several private outdoor spaces at their disposal: a courtyard directly connected to the apartment, a first green area ideal for relaxing or having breakfast, and a large terraced garden equipped with sun loungers and a large table, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The large terrace also has a hot tub, available by reservation at a cost of €30. The tub is not available in January. The barbecue is available upon request. A parking space in the garage is also available Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the private apartment. They can also use all the outdoor areas of the property, including the courtyard and the garden directly in front of the house, a small terraced garden, and a larger terrace with sun loungers and a large table. You can park a car in the garage, which is accessible through the back yard. Other things to note • Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. • Check-out by 10 a.m. • All guests must be able to provide a valid government-issued ID (ID card or passport), as required by Italian law. • Accommodation tax from April to December: €1.50 per person per night, collected by Airbnb at the time of booking when indicated.
