Roero House - Holiday in Piedmont The perfect place to stay for exploring Langhe e Roero. The house is situated in the historical center of Magliano Alfieri, exactly under the ancient castle of the Alfieri family. The space @ENGLISH@ Roero House is an original 1900s house located in the center of Magliano Alfieri, a few steps away from the town castle. The house is fully available for our guests: the kitchen and the cozy living room are perfect for planning your day. The living room has three comfortable sofas and one of them can be opened and become a double sofa bed. The first floor has two super comfortable bedrooms for four people with the option for a plus (with a single more bed). Two bathrooms are available in the house, one on each floor. Just outside the house there is a comfortable terrace where it is possible to have breakfast or spend some time in quietness during the summer. Hot tub available at an extra cost of €30 (the hot tub is not available during February and March). The house is totally at the guests' disposal: on the ground floor there is the kitchen, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a small bathroom; while the upper floor is occupied by two bedrooms with a double bed each (on request it is possible to add a single bed in one of the two bedrooms), and a second bathroom. In the courtyard, which remains available to guests also as a parking lot, there is a small outdoor area, an ideal place to have breakfast during the summer season or spend some time in complete tranquility.
