Enjoy a charming stay in the historic center of Magliano Alfieri, nestled just below the ancient Alfieri Castle. An ideal base for wine lovers, food enthusiasts, and anyone looking to slow down and experience the authentic spirit of this beautiful region. The space Roero House is an original early-1900s home located in the historic center of Magliano Alfieri, just a few steps from the town’s castle. The apartment is entirely private and reserved for our guests. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, cozy living room, ideal for planning your day. The living room features three comfortable sofas, one of which can be opened and used as a double sofa bed. A small bathroom is also located on this floor. The first floor hosts two very comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, accommodating up to four guests. Upon request, an additional single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms. A second full bathroom is available on this floor. Guests have access to multiple private outdoor areas: a backyard and garden in front of the house, directly connected to the apartment; a second garden area ideal for relaxing or enjoying breakfast; and a third, large terraced garden equipped with sun loungers and a spacious table, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The hot tub is located on the large terrace, and a barbecue can be provided upon request. A hot tub is available at an extra cost of €30. Please note that the hot tub is NOT available during January - March. I live close to the property and am fully available should you need anything during your stay. One car can be parked in the garage, which is accessible through the backyard.
