Roero House - The Farmhouse

I look forward to seeing you in the historic center of Magliano Alfieri, just below the ancient Alfieri family castle, in a convenient location for reaching Alba, Bra, and the beautiful hills of the Langhe and Roero. I am a sommelier and for years I have worked closely with the wineries of this area. If you love wine and good food, I will be happy not only to host you, but also to help you discover producers, restaurants and places that are really worth getting to know. The space Roero House is an early 20th-century farmhouse in the historic center of Magliano Alfieri, consisting of two independent apartments. Of the two, this is the larger apartment and it is entirely reserved for you. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with two sofas (one of which turns into a double bed), and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two comfortable double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed on request, and a second full bathroom with shower. The house is surrounded by several outdoor spaces: a courtyard and a garden directly connected to the house, a small green area ideal for breakfast, and a large terraced garden equipped with sun loungers and a table for outdoor dining. There is also a hot tub on the terrace, available by reservation at a cost of €30 (closed during the month of January). The barbecue is available upon request. A parking space in the garage, with access from the courtyard, is also available for guests. The house also has a Smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the private apartment. They can also use all the outdoor areas of the property, including the courtyard and the garden directly in front of the house, a small terraced garden, and a larger terrace with sun loungers and a large table. You can park a car in the garage, which is accessible through the back yard.
