Villa Belvedere is in a beautiful location in Arco, with Arco Castle on its left and the Archducal Park on its right. The historic center is 400 meters from the house and just a 10-minute walk away is the 'Calvario' climbing wall, with 22 routes from grade 5b to grade 8a and many other cliffs. The Sarca cycle path, which leads in the direction of Trento or Lake Garda, is 2 minutes from Villa Belvedere. The space Apartment No. 8 of Villa Belvedere has an area of about 50 square meters and is located on the fourth floor of the building. It is an extremely bright, spacious and well-furnished apartment. It has a double bedroom with a large closet for a total of 2 guests, a large kitchen with a dining table, a large living room, a sofa and satellite TV, a bathroom with a window and shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary dishes. The offer is completed by bed linens and bath towels, which are changed once a week free of charge. The apartment is equipped with heating and a cooler/fan. This apartment has a balcony with chairs and a small table where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Arco and the surrounding area. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed. Guests can use the Villa's common outdoor spaces, where a dedicated area with a table and chairs has been set up for moments of relaxation outdoors. For those who love two wheels, there is a guarded garage in the basement, with controlled access and reserved private spaces. Each garage is equipped with a charging station for electric bicycles. There is also an area equipped for maintenance, with a workbench, dedicated tools, and a station for washing and inflating tires. The entire space is under video surveillance to ensure maximum security. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant and orderly stay, guests are asked to respect the tranquility of the property, especially in the evening and at night. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included and are changed free of charge once a week for extended stays.
