I look forward to hosting you, Arnaud & Israel The space With a surface area of 24 m², your room has a balcony terrace with its furniture, and in the room the following amenities: - king size bed (180 x 200 cm), - private bathroom, - Private toilet, - toiletries, - hairdryer, - 43" 4K smart TV, - individual air conditioning, - cabinet and desk, - welcome tray with Nespresso machine and kettle, - safe, - linens Guest access You will access your accommodation via your private dedicated entrance and are free to come and go (we will give you all the keys to paradise upon arrival). We are 7 minutes from the Golf de la Grande Bastide, 10 minutes from Grasse, 35 minutes from Cannes, and 45 minutes from Nice. Parking within our property is free (1 parking space per unit). For your long walks, a small or medium-sized car is recommended on our mountain paths. We also have a hiking trail from the house to Bar-sur-Loup, Pont-du-Loup, or Gourdon (Chemin du Paradis). Other things to note Welcome to our little paradise. More than a hotel, we open the doors of a real guest house where kindness, empathy and generosity are at the heart of our hosting. Here, the atmosphere is warm and life flows peacefully, offering a soothing refuge for the spirit. To preserve this serenity, our four bedrooms are exclusively non-smoking and reserved for adults (16+) seeking tranquility. An outdoor space is dedicated to our smoking guests, away from common living areas. As our home is a place of sharing and mutual respect, we want every guest to recognize themselves in this way of life. Convenience: Our rates are per night for two people, including all services (linens, gourmet breakfast, access to deckchairs, cleaning and private parking). Only optional activities (massages, yoga, sauna, drinks) are at your expense. Finally, the countryside would not be complete without our four-legged (and shell-covered!) companions: our two Jack Russells and our two turtles are waiting for your petting.
