The Villa The Villa is located on the mezzanine floor and is very spacious, equipped with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. The Villa is accessed through a gate, and cars can be parked either outside in the designated parking spaces on the street or in the internal courtyard and garden at the back of the Villa. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, shutters, and blackout curtains. At the back of the Villa, there is a garden with tables where you can enjoy the stars at night or have a drink with your friends. There is also an area set up for barbecuing. Depending on the season, you can admire the flowers of Villa Gianfranca in the garden The living room The spacious living room is an oasis of relaxation for guests, overlooking the terrace and the front garden. It is equipped with a 58-inch LED television, a large sofa, an armchair, and an 8-person dining table. The furniture has been custom-made, making this area of the house a space for relaxation. There is a desk where you can work remotely. There are two ceiling fans for this large room. For those who are passing through for work, the living room is a great place to use for remote working thanks to the large spaces. The 58-inch Smart TV in the living room is equipped with an HDMI cable, so you can bring your console (Xbox, PlayStation, Wii) to play and have fun with your friends, or you can connect with your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts to watch movies like at home, or watch YouTube. The kitchen The kitchen is the place where you can impress your friends and family with your skills as a chef. The kitchen is equipped with: an induction hob, a fan oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a no-frost freezer, a capsule coffee maker, and a Smart TV, from which you can connect with your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts to watch movies like at home, or watch YouTube. In the center is a glass table that seats 8, which can be further extended to seat up to 10 people. From the kitchen, you can access the large terrace overlooking the front garden. An excellent area for relaxing and spending time together outdoors. This room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The bedrooms Villa Gianfranca has three bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a high-capacity ceiling fan, mosquito nets, shutters, and blackout curtains. The first bedroom consists of: two single beds and a bunk bed. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a bunk bed. The third bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed. There is a single sofa bed in the living room that can be used as a last bed. Guests will be provided with sheets, blankets, extra pillows, and blankets. In the summer, in addition to the ceiling fans, there is also an air conditioner. The bathroom The bathroom consists of a toilet, bidet, sink, and two showers. Guests will be provided with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Pets Pets are welcome. Please remember to indicate them in the booking, and they are subject to a surcharge. Wifi Guests will be provided with a Wi-Fi network with a maximum self-limited traffic of 15 GB per day. For security reasons, the Villa is equipped with an external video surveillance system. A washing machine is available upon request for an additional fee. For families with small children, a high chair for feeding and a crib are available on request, with a surcharge. Please indicate the check-in time slot. For check-ins after the property's opening hours (from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.), a surcharge will be required, subject to prior agreement and availability. Surcharge: €10 until 9:00 p.m. and €20 from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; after 11:00 p.m., check-in is not accepted.
