Villa Gianfranca is located just 100 meters from a bar, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and brewery. The Villa The Villa is located on the mezzanine floor and is very spacious, equipped with: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The Villa is accessed through a door and cars can be parked either outside in the appropriate parking spaces on the street, or in the internal courtyard and garden located at the back of the Villa. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, shutters and blackout curtains. On the back of the Villa is the garden with tables to enjoy the night stars or to have a drink in company with your friends. There is also an area set up for barbecuing. Depending on the season, you can admire the flowers of Villa Gianfranca in the garden The living room The spacious living room is a relaxing oasis for guests, overlooking the terrace and front garden. It is equipped with a 58-inch LED TV, large sofa, armchair and a dining table for 8 people. The furniture was custom-made, giving this area of the house a relaxing space. There is a desk from which you can work remotely. There are two ceiling fans for this large-capacity environment. For those passing through for work, the living room is a great place to use for remote working thanks to its large spaces. The 58-inch Smart TV in the living room is equipped with an HDMI cable, so you can bring your console (Xbox, PlayStation, Wii) to play and have fun with your friends or you can connect with your Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts to watch movies like at home, or watch YouTube. The kitchen The kitchen is the place where you can amaze your friends and family with your chef's qualities. The kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, ventilated oven, microwave, refrigerator with no-frost freezer, capsule coffee machine and a Smart TV, from which you can connect with your Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts to watch movies like at home, or watch YouTube. In the center there is a glass table with 8 seats, which can be further extended to 10 people. From the kitchen you can access the large terrace overlooking the front garden. Great area for relaxing and spending time outdoors. This room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The rooms Villa Gianfranca has three bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with a large capacity ceiling fan, mosquito nets, shutters and blackout curtains. The first bedroom consists of: two single beds and a bunk bed. The second bedroom is equipped with: a king-size double bed and a bunk bed. The third bedroom is equipped with: two single beds and a bunk bed. Possible single sofa bed in the living room for the last bed. Guests will be provided with sheets, blankets, additional pillows and blankets. In summer, in addition to the ceiling fans, there is also an air conditioner. The bathroom The bathroom consists of a toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub with shower pole. Guests will be provided with: towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. Pets Pets are welcome, please remember to indicate them in the reservation and they are subject to a surcharge. Wifi Guests will be provided with the Wi-Fi network with maximum self-limited traffic of 15 GB per day. Ping Pong In the back garden we provide a ping pong table for you to have fun with your friends! Barbecue area There is a barbecue area in the back garden. More information The area is covered by Tim's 5G network, great for those who also want to work remotely. For security reasons, the Villa is equipped with an external video surveillance system. A washing machine is available upon request, with an additional fee. For families with small children, a high chair for baby food and a cot are available on request, with a surcharge. It is required to indicate the check-in time slot, for check-in postponed with respect to the opening hours of the facility (from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) a surcharge will be required, subject to agreement and availability. Surcharge: €10 until 9:00 p.m. and €20 from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., after 11:00 p.m. check-in is not accepted, all subject to the host's agreement and availability.
