The Villa The Villa is located on the ground floor and is very spacious, equipped with: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The Villa is accessed through a gate and cars can be parked both outside in the appropriate parking lots on the street, and in the internal courtyard and garden located at the back of the Villa. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, blinds, and blackout curtains. At the back of the Villa there is the garden with tables to enjoy the stars at night or to have a drink in company with your friends. There is also a barbecue area. In the garden depending on the season you can admire the flowers of Villa Gianfranca The living room The spacious living room is an oasis of relaxation for guests, overlooking the terrace and the front garden. It is equipped with 58-inch LED TV, large sofa, armchair, and a dining table for 8 people. The furniture has been made to measure, giving this area of the house a space for relaxation. There is a dashboard where you can work in Smart Working. There are two ceiling fans for this large room. For those who are passing through for work, the living room is a great place to use for Smart working thanks to the large spaces. The 58-inch Smart TV in the living room is equipped with HDMI cable, so you can bring your console (Xbox, PlayStation, Wii) to play and have fun with your friends or you can connect with your Netflix accounts, Amazon Prime to watch movies like home, or watch YouTube. The kitchen Cooking is the place where you can amaze your friends and family of your chef qualities. The kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, ventilated oven, microwave, refrigerator with no-frost freezer, capsule coffee machine and a Smart TV, from which you can connect with your Netflix accounts, Amazon Prime to watch movies like at home, or watch YouTube. In the center is an 8-seater glass table, which can be further extended for up to 10 people. From the kitchen you can access the large terrace overlooking the front garden. All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan with wide range, mosquito nets, blinds and blackout curtains. The first bedroom consists of: two single beds and a bunk bed. The second bedroom is equipped with: king size bed and a bunk bed. The third room is equipped with: two single beds and a bunk bed. Any single sofa bed in the living room for last bed. Guests will be provided with sheets, blankets, additional pillows, and blankets. In the summer, in addition to the ceiling fans, there is also an air conditioner. The bathroom The bathroom consists of toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub with shower pole. Guests will be provided with towels, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer. Pets Pets are welcome, remember to indicate them in the reservation, and they are subject to surcharge. For families with small children, a high chair and crib are available on request, with a surcharge. It is requested to indicate the time of check-in, for late check-in with respect to the opening time of the property (from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm) a surcharge will be required, by prior agreement and availability. Surcharge: Euro 10 until 9:00 pm and €20 from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm, after 11:00 pm check-in is not accepted, everything by prior agreement and availability of the host.
