Welcome to our renovated former barn of 100 m², ideal for holidays with family or friends. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious 50 m² living area, bright and friendly, open to a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a room with two twin beds, and a mezzanine offering an extra bed for a fifth person. For little ones, a baby bed and suitable equipment (high chair, changing table, toys and board games) are provided free of charge. Other things to note The house is surrounded by a secure, enclosed courtyard, perfect for letting children play safely. You can also enjoy a large shaded terrace with barbecue and stunning views of the surrounding nature. Two bicycles (for teenagers/adults) are available for you to explore the area at your own pace. The house is located at the entrance of a charming flowered village, where you will find a bakery/grocery store and a playground for children. The nearest supermarkets are in La Coquille (8 km) or Thiviers (10 km). Many activities are available nearby: hiking, swimming, fishing, cycling. For excursions, you can visit Périgueux, Limoges (50 km), the prehistoric caves of Villars (15 km), Jumilhac Castle (15 km), Brantôme, the "Venice of Périgord" (25 km), Sarlat and Bergerac (70 km). To ensure the quality of your stay and preserve our house, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation as you found it. A check-out inspection is mandatory and your presence is required.
