6 small studio apartments available, each with private ensuite. Rooms come with linen and towels, basic kitchenette. Common lounge room available to all guests. 5 Rooms with a double bed, 1 room with twin single bed. Approx 250m walk to both St George Private and Public hospital - a short distance further Kogarah Private. Street parking or multi-storey carpark available to all. 600m approx to train station, Woolworths, Aldi and multiple eateries. Note - you are only renting one studio The space We are located on level 2 - lift access - of the building. There is a swipe card to gain entry after business house and to get to our level if the elevator has been 'locked'. There are no balconies, but windows will open. All rooms have air con, come with a small heater, and have an additional blanket. If you require anything, please let me know in advance to ensure you have it for your stay, or are advised where we cannot accommodate the request. On the day of check in, you will receive a text message advising you which room you're in and the code to get the key out of the lockbox. When vacating, there is a black key return box opposite the elevator to drop the key into. Guest access All guests are allowed to utilise the common lounge area. It is located just off the elevator. There are some lounges, some books/magazines to read and a coffee pod machine. There are two accessible chairs available to guests who may need assistance walking - please just return them once done. We have 6 separate apartment rooms, they are clearly numbered. Please stay to your own room. There is a basic sink area that houses a hand-held vacuum, irons and clothes airers for guests to use.
