House with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them en-suite), fully equipped kitchen and outdoor leisure area with swimming pool. The great highlight of this house is the country atmosphere, the outdoor space, and the location, a serene place at the gates of the city of Braga and on the way to Gerês. Ideal for couples and families, where you can sleep snuggled by the smell of wood and the sound of surrounding nature. Your children and pets have free space to run and play in nature. The space The house has 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space around the house is completely private. The pool in front of the house is totally private for guest use and is available from April to October (inclusive). We have air conditioning in the rooms. Other things to note 1. POOL: Available only from April 1 to October 15. The swimming pool IS NOT HEATED - there are no refunds for cold water complaints. 2. Pool/garden maintenance: Periodically, workers may circulate in the outdoor area around the house to clean and maintain the pool and garden. 3. People circulating in the adjacent lands: The wooden house is inside a fenced property where, within this area (of many hectares), there is the house where the owner lives. The spaces are separate but other people and workers may also circulate on the owner's land. 4. Insects: We are in a rural area, so insects and other animals may appear. 5. Extra beds and cribs: - Cot: 1 free - Extra bed: 15€ per night 6. Pets: €30 per pet (for the entire stay regardless of the number of nights) 7.
