The modernly furnished holiday apartment is located directly on the Kocher-Jagst cycle path, on the edge of the main town of Westheim, and offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the Kochertal valley and the Swabian Forest. A free parking space for your car is available in front of the house. On the large, partly covered and sunny terrace with an adjoining small goldfish pond, you can escape the hectic everyday life and enjoy the view. Other things to note The center of Schwäbisch Hall is only 7 km away, and a bus stop is 300 m from the house. A supermarket can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous sights, such as the Wackershofen open-air museum or the historic old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The holiday apartment is located in the basement of a house built on a slope and features controlled ventilation. Through floor-to-ceiling windows with integrated blinds, you always enjoy the view outside. From the entrance area, you enter directly into the living and dining area with a very well-equipped kitchenette. Amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, mixer, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. In the living area, you will also find a desk and a sofa that can be used as a third sleeping option. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower with a ceiling showerhead and a washbasin. The washing machine is located in the separate WC. Please keep in mind that you will be requested to submit both your arrival data (passport data, flight data, contact information) after booking so that the homeowner can plan your stay and check-in accordingly.
