We are 7 km from the city of La Spezia, the starting point for excursions to the Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets, and 7 km from Aulla, the gateway to Lunigiana. Our b&b is located on the second floor of our house and consists of three double rooms with private en-suite bathrooms and a breakfast room. Access to the rooms is independent. Free and gated parking. Despite being in the open countryside, we are a few meters from the center of the village and the A12 Albiano-Ceparana motorway exit. The space We are in the countryside but a short walk from the center of the village. The house is on two floors, with the second floor entirely dedicated to the B&B. After parking, you will enter our tavern and climb the stairs to reach the upper floor. The three rooms all overlook the hallway, while a fourth room serves as a breakfast room, which can also be used to eat your meals, and is equipped with a fridge and microwave. Guest access Guests have access to the garden near the parking lot, equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas, and the breakfast room on the floor of the rooms. During your stay You can always find me on my cell phone, either by call or by message. I am present at the property at night for any eventuality. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE, no late check-in is permitted after 10pm. Please contact us before booking if you already know you are arriving after hours.
