A spacious modern duplex featuring two private 3-bedroom apartments, a heated pool & jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and unbeatable walkability to beaches, restaurants, and downtown. Perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities in a quiet neighborhood. Please note: Casa Caleta is NOT a party house. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors at all times. The space The first floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen open to dining and seating area with French doors leading out to the pool deck and outdoor kitchen! A full hallway bathroom is also accessible from the pool area. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom, lounge chair, closet organizer, inverter AC, and private entrance with access to a furnished front porch. The second bedroom has two queens beds, a desk, inverter AC, open closet and views of the pool. The third bedroom has a queen bed, closet organizer, lounge chair, night tables, lamps, private entrance, and access to the game room. The game room features a Playstation 5, 65” TV, Netflix,wifi, etc, plus two comfortable leather couches. There is also a laundry room equipped with washer/dryer cleaning products, utility sink, and detergent. The second story features a veranda where you can enjoy views of the courtyard, pool deck and the beautiful skyline at Sunsets. The formal living room has wifi, a 75" TV, Netflix, etc, and board games. The stylish modern dine-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. There is a shared full bathroom outfitted with all the toiletries, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and other bath/self care products you may need. The first bedroom has two queen size beds, open closet, large mirror and inverter AC unit. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, open closet, large mirror and inverter AC unit. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway stocked with cleaning products and detergent. Lastly our super King size bedroom is very spacious, comfortable and furnished with a modern lounge chair, dresser, closet organizer, puff seating, large mirror, 65” TV, Netflix etc... There is a large full bathroom outfitted with all the toiletries, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and other bath/self care products you may need. The bathroom connects to a bonus guest room offering a futon, work desk, baby high chair, baby crib and iron. Please note the balcony is still under construction. The outdoor space has a fabulous heated pool with outdoor bar/kitchen with high chairs, fridge, stove with oven, and propane BBQ grill. There is also a dining table and lounge seating. We offer some snorkeling gear, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella and other beach items. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. You would NOT be sharing any part of the property with any other guests. Other things to note BQN (Aguadilla) is the closest airport to Casa Caleta. About 35 minutes away. While we highly recommend renting a vehicle to explore the beauty of Puerto Rico at your own pace. But rest assured that Casa Caleta is conveniently within walking distance to all your essential needs and desires.
