A fully equipped wooden kitchen made of silver fir with stainless steel worktop, dishwasher, ceramic hob, wine cooler, coffee machine, kettle makes kitchen hearts beat faster. Crockery from Villeroy & Boch and wine glasses from Leonardo and cozy cozy corners with original Montafoner table from 1830 let the food taste good. The location in the heart of Schruns is quiet. Just leave your car at home, you can reach stores, restaurants, cafés & train station and then the local mountain (largest ski area) in a 1-minute walk. Arriving by train is also quick and easy, as the train station and bus terminal are only a 1-minute walk away. The solar system on the roof makes the Neni almost heat self-sufficient. A wallbox supplies electric cars in the free parking lot with electricity. The ingenious lighting concept plays with tiny spherical elements. The lights can be dimmed naturally. There are remote-controlled vertical awnings to darken the panoramic windows. Of course, there is free internet and two large flat-screen TVs for tired athletes after plenty of fresh air in the great outdoors. Skis and snowboards can be stored in the vestibules, and boot warmers keep your shoes warm. You have two terraces with charming garden furniture in a flower garden with an unobstructed view of the mountains. A large barbecue provides culinary delights in the great outdoors. You can pick fresh ingredients daily from our own berry, fruit and herb garden. They are of course free of charge. Guest access You will be welcomed personally on site. You will receive all information about the Neni and Schruns electronically in advance. The Neni has a comprehensive electronic information folder for this purpose. You can also carry out a pre-check-in in advance so that you can obtain the useful guest card quickly and easily.
