Arrive, breathe, feel good – your perfect retreat awaits. Guest access The apartment is used completely alone and has an en-suite bathroom. Access is conveniently via a key box. You will receive the corresponding code via email two days prior to arrival. Other things to note 🌳 Your surroundings: pure nature & active recreation 🌳 Around our Tiny House2 you will find a wonderfully quiet environment that is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, active guests will also get their money's worth here: whether hiking, water sports, cycling, horseback riding or fishing – the region offers numerous opportunities to discover nature in a sporty way. The 4,000 m² property is located directly opposite the picturesque Garder Lake and offers you fantastic views. 🚤 Boat rental & kiosk In the immediate vicinity is a campsite where you can rent boats during the season. There is also a small kiosk for refreshments or snacks in between. 🏊 Swimming area, fishing & riding stable Just a few steps away is the well-kept bathing spot for a refreshing swim in the lake. Anglers also get their money's worth here and can try their luck directly on the lake. A riding stable is also very close and offers horse lovers great opportunities to explore the surroundings on horseback. 🛒 Shopping & excursions The nearest shops can be found in Güstrow, just a 15-minute drive away, or in Krakow am See. If you feel like a day trip, you can easily reach Rostock or the Baltic Sea in about 45 minutes by car. Here you can enjoy a perfect combination of tranquility, nature and exciting leisure activities – ideal for your well-deserved vacation! 🌞 Attention! In such a situation, insects and vermin are more common. We always clean the apartments after guests check out, but we do not have a 24-hour front desk. It can also happen that up to 3 days elapse between the departure and the arrival in the season and sometimes 1 week outside the season. During this time, the accommodation will not be entered. Of course, we try to keep the periods as short as possible, but this is not always possible. It may therefore be that there are isolated cobwebs and spiders in the apartment or small flies. These can sometimes be found in the apartment again after about 6 hours, even though it has just been cleaned. These insects and small animals have nothing to do with the fact that the apartment is not cleaned. It is just impossible to completely eliminate them, in such a close location to the water. In summer and on wetter days, mosquitoes or bees can also increasingly occur on the premises. It is really a quiet and very secluded location. If you have any problems with this, I advise you not to book this place with lake location. There are also no shops in the immediate vicinity. In the season there is a kiosk at the campsite, otherwise about 15 minutes by car to Goldberg, Krakow am See or Güstrow. There is no public transport nearby. On New Year's Eve, the firing of firecrackers and rockets is prohibited on our property.
