This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is a great place to relax with South Beach just a short walk away. Situated on the site of the “Old Canteen” for the Arnotts Mills & Ware biscuit factory, we are now surrounded by vibrant artisan bakeries, cafes, restaurants, galleries, pubs and boutique bars. Being so close to the beach and within an urban environment facing the street, you may hear the gossip of beach or pub goers and cars passing by when located at the front of the property. If this vibrancy isn’t for you, you may wish to choose accommodation a little further away from the strip. Alternatively, you have the option to retire to the couch on the back verandah under the shade of the old established eucalyptus tree or open out the second bathroom’s louvres and enjoy a bath with the old eucalyptus in view for some quiet contemplation. The cottage also features a chef’s kitchen – the tiles in the original fireplace above the stovetop were designed to emulate the curves of the old man saltbush outside.
