The Manor is a 5 minute walk to Sanger St, 10 minute walk the the Chocolate & whisky factory and a 3 minute walk to the River Reserve at the end of Murray St. Short drive to Rutherglen. Close to wineries and wedding venues. It has recently had ducted electric heating and cooling. There is free wifi and a smart TV The space The manor has four bedrooms one of which has an ensuite. Please note that the ensuite is open to the main bedroom. The shower also has window to the yard. (A quirky feature of the home) The backyard has a lovely big tree shading the outdoor entertainment area. This listing has free wifi. The house has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and heating. The house has a wood burning fireplace - wood is NOT provided. It can be purchased by guests from IGA or the mobile service station. Please note the outside fire pit is removed during summer as there is a fire ban. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. They do not have access to the cellar room, garage, garden shed or studio. Other things to note Dogs are allowed at the property but are the responsibility of the guest. They are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Guests are responsible cleaning up after their dogs inside and outside including the yard.
