Meadow View: A self contained space - free parking

Meadow View is a newly converted guest house on the edge of Lewes, by the South Downs. It includes an outside private deck area with views of the countryside. Compact, but thoughtfully designed, light and airy with an en-suite bathroom. Direct access to the south downs makes it perfect for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and nature lovers. This is also popular with people coming to work or visit friends with easy free parking, it's own separate entrance and is completely self contained. This is a private guest house next to my house with your own entrance and with access to my large garden and lovely views across the downs. The space itself is compact but well laid out and includes a small en-suite bathroom containing a shower, toilet and sink. It also has a new kitchen, breakfast bar and a comfy sofa bed which will already be made up into a bed for your first night. You also have your own decking area outside with direct access to the garden, the woods and the river and fields beyond. Please note due to the limited space, the maximum amount of guests is limited to two. (Babies and small toddlers can be provided for with a cot bed) This compact guesthouse is situated directly next to my house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Free parking on my driveway or the street. You have your own entrance with a key safe to let yourself in any time you arrive. There is outside seated decking area which is situated alongside my garden. Access to the walk at the end of the garden which leads directly into woods, open fields and the river Ouse. Please note there are ten steps down from the pavement to the guest house, one step within the place and a further six steps from the decking to the garden. I will be intermittently around as I live in the main house next door but I work full time so I’ll not necessarily there to greet or check out. (The space is fully self contained with Key safe access so you can easily check yourself in and out.) A quiet family friendly cul de sac in a Northerly residential area of Lewes. Neighbours directly either side. This would therefore suit peace-loving guests who would like a relaxing time. Private parking on my driveway. Or you’re welcome to park across my driveway so you’re still close to the guest house. All for free. Bus stop into town a three minutes away. Walk into town takes twelve minutes. Corner shop a five minute walk away. Glyndebourne, The Seven Sisters country park and Brighton are all nearby. Breakfast is not provided although there will be tea and coffee available for you to make with milk in the fridge. Strictly no dogs as we have two very friendly cats who’ll say hello and will fully expect you to watch them wrestle.
