Welcome to the best view in Faliraki! A wonderful, sparkling clean, quiet ground floor apartment with 1 double bedroom, large living room, fully equipped kitchen & 1 bathroom. A relaxing and wonderful flower garden and orchard. Amazing sea view! The space Welcome to the Greek summer experience! Your apartment is located on the ground floor of a private house with a beautiful garden. You are very close the busy area of Faliraki, yet the house is super quiet and you will be able to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or a night out :) The children can safely play in the garden and enjoy the outdoors. #COVID_19 update: we follow strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols: We allow 24-hour waiting period between reservations, to properly clean and disinfect all areas accessible to the guests. We use high pressure steam cleaners to clean all surfaces (even door knobs, light switches etc.) and eco-friendly disinfectants to kill any remaining bacteria. We wear protective gear when cleaning the apartment. We wash linens in the highest heat set recommended and we thoroughly clean and disinfect laundry baskets. We have disinfectants and other cleaning supplies handy for all guests. Guest access Wi-fi, air-conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishwasher, microwave kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, fridge/refridgerator, and of course... the garden. Relaxing living room with sea view, close (2mins on foot) to bus stop and 15 minutes walk to the beach. Shaded garage provided. 3rd person or children may comfortably sleep on the couch.
