Walk in the Wilton-Otari Bush Nature Reserve, a native plant museum across the road. The city is easily accessed by car in ten minutes with multiple routes and the Bus stop is just across the road. Zealandia Te Mara a Tane is 5 mins drive away. The space A lovely little self-contained one-bedroom apartment. Off street parking with its own private entrance. The apartment has a kitchenette with an open plan lounge dining area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. The bed has a good quality mattress, med-firm with memory foam topper pad for comfort and a choice of pillows,. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make breakfast and small meals - it comes with an induction hob and a Breville combi function oven and microwave. The bathroom off the bedroom has a shower over the bath, a basin, heated towel rail and toilet. No TV but free wifi for you to use your own devices. Guest access You will have a key that accesses the apartment and the laundry. I will arrange key collection with you after you have booked. You are also welcome to use the outdoor patio dining area and garden seating at the back of the property. Other things to note Fantastic location with native bush outlook away from the hustle and bustle of the city but with quick easy access to the city. Check in 2.00 pm but open to earlier access where possible if pre-arranged. Check out at 10 am. The property is accessed by a pathway which is on an incline and there are a few steps to the entrance, making the apartment not suitable for wheelchair access.
