Conveniently located near North TX wineries, this property is ideal for a weekend escape or a week long getaway. Fish, swim, or just relax and unwind at this beautiful property and experience the peace, comfort and beauty of country living. The space A 3,800 sq/ft house with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms accommodates up to 8 people and a separate guest house that sleeps 4-5 (the last pictures are of the guest house accommodations). The main house has an open layout with a large spacious kitchen with two eating areas. Large wrap around porch to take in the sun and enjoy the view during the day and the stars at night. Beat the Texas heat splashing away in the private pool in the back. House has built in surround sound inside and outside to enjoy your favorite music everywhere during your stay. Make memories around the fire pit at night, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. Enjoy the outdoors playing ball or laze the day away in a hammock with a good book. Large bass are waiting to be caught in the pond, and you can fish from the dock or row boat. Adults and kids alike will enjoy this country getaway where you can truly relax and enjoy the outdoors. Pool is not heated The guest house has a kitchen, and family room with a bedroom upstairs and a pull out sofa in the family room. There is a full bathroom and a half bath in the guest house.
