Beach holiday home, 15 mins drive to the city center

This is a sandy beach house consisting of two detached homes in the front and back.It is located 1 minute from the beach (10 minute walk), a 15 minute drive straight to the city centre, and the property has views of the ocean and mountains (Wellington Mountain). The Home 1: No. 80 (front) is 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (for 5 people, single folding bed, please let us know before your stay) - The living room is equipped with an electric sofa, a 65 inch smart TV and a stereo to enjoy a movie viewing effect. -Fully equipped kitchen and full laundry room. - Outdoor balcony with BBQ stove and table and chairs. 2: 80a (back) is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths (sleeps 7) - Living room with leather sofa, 65 inch smart TV and sound to enjoy watching movies. - Functional Corner We configure the desk, foosball table. - Fully functional kitchen and full laundry room. - Outdoor equipped with BBQ stove and table and chairs. Other things to note 1. Please fill in the number of guests accurately when you book.If the number of occupants changes, please inform the host as soon as possible. 2.
