Located in Fort Walton Beach, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located in a small complex perfect for a quiet vacation while you visit family in the area or working locally for a short period of time. Or if you're needing a place to stay a few months with your dog this might be a perfect fit! The open floor plan allows you to interact with each other regardless of if you're cooking in the kitchen or watching a football game on the TV. The kitchen offers all the cookware you'll need to cook up a meal. There is also a washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about coin laundry. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has a King size bed. The bathroom features a shower. The patio overlooks the complex pool and Sea Palm is about a 4 mile drive to 2 of the many public beach access spots on Okaloosa Island. This condo is dog friendly up to a 25 pound pet but the complex has breed restrictions. Rottweiler, German Sheppard's, Doberman Pinschers, American Pit Bull/Terrier, and any "aggressive" breed the on-site HOA does not allow. There is an additional $100 plus tax pet fee for a dog. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
