It’s a Penthouse studio flat, in which you will have exclusive access to bedroom and full bathroom, well equipped Kitchenette (small kitchen area). 2. One Queen Bed with an 8-inch ortho foam mattress, white cotton bedsheets, blankets, and white towels are provided. 3. A Kitchenette with gas connection, basic utensils, Kent water purifier, and basic ingredients in small quantities (see the photos) are provided. 4.Home-cooked food is provided at extra cost based on availability. (Fixed menu, i.e., whatever we cook at home for ourselves will be provided). Menu details and costs will be provided upon request. 5. Wifi with Fibernet, TV with JIO OTT APPs (Amazon Prime Video, ZEE5, Disney Hotstar, Sony Live, Sun Next, Voot, etc) are provided. Other things to note 1. For check-in, any government ID proof or passport and visa are required. 2. For long stays of (more than 28 days) indian citizens, they need to sign a paying guest agreement (this is for mutual benefit) 3. No Alcohol on the property 4. Pets are not allowed 5. Unmarried Couples from same state are not allowed (see house rules). 6. This property is 1km inside from Main Road, people who prefer public transportation need to consider it.
